หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Summary: Handle Logistic document issuing, Import process and collaborate with Customer Services for delivery and packing specification, Logistic cost sheet record. Responsibility: • Handle all documents of logistic and shipment for Import or Export. • Responsible trouble shooting and improving the logistic and shipment procedures. • Cooperate to concerned departments especially Customer services to fulfill customer order till shipment smoothly. • Control of operation to follow BOI conditions. • Support products approval under BOI and EEI condition. • Logistic cost sheet record submit to concerned department. • Resposible to product packing follow packing specification and customer requirement. • Packing material stock control. • Work follow the department's work standard documents. • Other assignments. Education : Bachelor in any field. Experience Year: 0-2 Years (entry level) New graduates are warmly welcome. Special Requirement: • English language skills (written and verbal communication). • Computer literate (Ex: MS Office, ERP software) • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Mature, responsible, driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Must be a team player and enjoy working in fast paced environment
