หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• We are looking for a new member to join our team at Theta State Float Center. The right person will be enthusiastic and motivated about learning all about a new industry and help us create awareness about the health benefits associated with this relatively new holistic self-health practice. The right applicant will have some sales and marketing background as well as a customer service mindset. Your job will be to explain the benefits of floating to our customers when they are here as well as providing them with the best experience possible. In addition to this, you will be expected to help us target new clients through various forms of marketing and social media. We are not interested in a receptionist who just sits on her phone all day when there are no customers; to remain employed at Theta State Float Center the right applicant will become a new member of our small family and be intrinsically motivated to help the company grow and succeed. -ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการที่ร้าน -ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดการให้บริการของร้าน -มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีใจรักในงานบริการ ชอบพบปะผู้คนใหม่ๆ -สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี เนื่องจากลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ -รับโทรศัพท์ ตอบอีเมลลูกค้า -สามารถเป็นแคชเชียร์ได้ เมื่อลูกค้าชำระค่าบริการ -สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (09:30-16.00,15:00-21:30)
