Customer Service Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Interface with customer and ensure to maintain and improve to customer satisfaction. •Ensured that all SOP and WI has been followed and up to date according to situations. •Ensured that inventory accuracy and regularly perform cycle count & Periodical stock take. •Ensured that workplace\'s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of goods and assets. •Order fulfillment and warehousing operation control. •SAP and WMS Data entry and report collection such as Biz analysis. •Assist to his/her supervisor for Biz data monitoring and analysis. •QMS System monitoring and maintain in own site such as task force member. •Perform other related duties as required and assigned by Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or other related. •0-2 years of experience. If have an experience in Warehouse environment or Logistics provider would be advantaged. •Can-do attitude, self-started with strong believed that he/she can make a different. •Possess strong leadership, self-confidence, enthusiasm and can work well under pressures. •Proactive behavior and able to work under stress •Good relationship, interpersonal and communication skills •Good command of English and Computer.
