• *ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY* • Lead development team of enterprise system, software testing and data migration • Understanding what system architecture model and propose proper technology solution to fit that • Understand the platform and have the knowledge ERP system • Fully accountability all in-bound/out-bound interface channel between new ERP system and any legacy module • Ensure the completion of application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments. • Build internal developer well know JAVA programming and related • Define client’s objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality. • Collaborate with stakeholders to inform of system design and development. • Provide recommendations on tools and system solutions based upon industry standards and best practices. • Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity within the network systems. • Understanding of quality control processes such as unit testing and code reviews. • Develop code base documentation and assistance tools, as necessary • Learning what/how enterprise system configuration, parameter setup • Manages client expectations effectively *KNOWLEDGE* • Excellent Knowledge system analyst skill base on Java technology, well know overall of ERP system, interface channel and technique • Knowledge of what ERP system integration and project implementation framework. • Good Knowledge of Project Management/Team Management Skill • Good Knowledge of People Skill • Strategic thinker and strong analytical skills • Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding • Ability to influence and negotiate • Well software development life cycle process and development document management process.

• *QUANLIFICATION* • Bachelor - Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field. We are more interested in passion for technology and what you are capable of, than we are academic qualification • 5+ years of relevant experience in JAVA Development Environment and well know what ERP system as System Analyst level 2-3 years in Enterprise Software package. • Experience software development process with web base technology, well know agile development, Testing process, Data migration and interface channel. • Experience Developing on Spring MVC, Rest, Hibernate..HTML5, CSS, AJAX or jQuery, WebSphere or WebLogic or JBOSS • Basic experience in database development (Oracle, my SQL and Web services (REST, SOAP, XML) • Demonstrated experience with software development life cycle methodologies, especially agile and continuous integration • Deep practical experience in software integration into an Enterprise environment • Wiling to learn the new technology and working as the team • Positive, can-do attitude with demonstrated persistence and resilience in challenging situations • Understand in overall of ERP Software package implementation stage, milestone and deliverable items • Quickly understands the business problems and IT challenges of client’s organization and industry • Excellent communication (written and oral), Positive thinking and interpersonal skills • Excellent leadership and management skills
