BUSINESS ANLAYST / CONSULTANT SUPERVISOR(FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTING)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• *ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY* • Fully accountability on Financial & Accounting processes area (Included well know operation pre-module and post-module related integration) and know R2R (Record to Report) business process Chain • Ensure all business requirement meet what business user requirements/expected such as What pain-point in Financial & Accounting related process till well know R2R (Record to Report) business process Chain • Bridge project member, IT and who implementer of ERP system • Assists in enforcement of project methodology, project deadlines, schedules and scope management • Assists Project Managers in running the project successfully • Lead the Pre-implementation process, Implementation and Post-implementation of business process chain and application. • Gather business requirements and application objectives from project member in order to develop an application design in products to meet theirs’s needs. • Manage quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project. • Conducts status checkpoints with project member and team to assess progress. • Performs reforecast of project variables as necessary throughout project. • Supports discovery and design sessions with help from senior and principal consultants • Review and justify documents “as is” and “to be” processes, GAP analysis and related project documentary • Recommends practice process to improvements and mapping that practice to • Develops solution design working closely with the project member and product vendors • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes, system design and recommendations related to proposed solution to meet business expected • Develops Test scenario, Test Plan, Test Scripts and Test results • Creates test data and executes Testing process • Conduct key user / end user training and manage/tracking module issue/risk • Drive the data migration process as Sales & Distribution area and related business process • Double check and ensure all readiness checking of modules area completely, ready for going live • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner • Provide supporting model when system post-implementation. • Understands how to roll-out system and process to affiliate. • Manages client expectations effectively *KNOWLEDGE* • Excellent Knowledge of Financial & Accounting Management, software enterprise package and business process chain R2R (Record to Report) • Knowledge of what ERP system integration with Financial & Accounting module • Good Knowledge of Project Management/Team Management Skill • Good Knowledge of People Skill • Strategic thinker and strong analytical skills • Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding • Ability to influence and negotiate • Business and market know-how • Well software development life cycle process, testing process, data migration process

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• *QUANLIFICATION* • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Financial & Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field. • 5-10 years of experience in Financial & Accounting modules, Well know that operations process and analysis skill • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience providing operational advisory services direct to Financial & Accounting experience including 1 or more of following: AP, AR, GL, Cash flow management, Cost and Analytic Account, Accounting consolidation, Bank Management, Budgeting management, Fix Asset, Financial Report and Expenditures. Knitting, Dyeing or Garment F&A industry are great advantage • Well SCM, MRP, CRM, FRM of ERP products suite of enterprise level • Direct experience project implementation or managing/ Financial & Accounting business requirement gathering/additional requirements/designing/testing/data migrating/deploying reverse logistics programs and strategies in a global environment. • ERP Software package implementation experiences are required, Especially, Financial & Accounting package. • Demonstrated ability to assess, improve, and reconstruct the information • Experience software development related Financial & Accounting, well know business needs, identify opportunities for innovation and improvement experience • Quickly understands the business problems and IT challenges of client’s organization and industry • Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Excellent leadership and management skills
