• Communicate effectively in English with IAM Sportwear Singapore provide detailed operation updates and order statuses.
• Coordinate closely with graphic designers to ensure client specifications are met and work orders are accurately confirmed.
• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery of apparel to IAM Singapore Sportwear.
• Maintain clear and concise communication channels with clients to address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline operations and optimize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in operations management or a related field, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
