Accounting Supervisor/Sr. Accounting Officer(Account Payable)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility: •Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. •Maintain accuracy in preparing and entering information to comply with company policy and procedure. •Maintain confidentiality concerning with financial practice. •Manage incomin e-mail and response to inquiries from vendor and head office employee in regard to head office expenses and telecommunication cost. •Reconcile balance sheet accounts related with head office expenses, and month end closing. •Provide and analyse head office expenses. •Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. •Assist with other projects as needed. Qualification: •Bachelor\\\'s Degree in Accounting, or related field. •Have 3-5 year of experience in accounting (account payable/general ledger). •Proficient in Excel, and Oracle would be advantaged. •Good in English communication skill.
