Head of Finance & Accounting (AVP – VP Level)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Scope : Initial Set Up Stage: To plan and establish end to end process and control of finance and accounting related for Thai Micro Digital Solution and ensure readiness towards actual execution once the product is launched. Business as Usual Stage: To execute and operate day to day finance and accounting related transactions for Thai Micro Digital Solution to ensure that all accounting entries have been fully reflect transactions – wallet positions, income, and expenses of the company and all required reports have been accurately produced and submitted to regulators and other stakeholders within timely manner. Works closely with TMDS MD / Team members and TCRB’s FP&A towards year to year budget planning. Job Objectives To set up and operate financial and accounting of Thai Micro Digital Solutions Company. To ensure all related transactions have been recorded, settled, and reconciled accurately and in a timely manner. To produce, review, submit and ensure high quality of reports as required by TMDS, TCRB, regulators, and other stakeholders. To process payment of invoices between TMDS and TCRB or other suppliers / stakeholders. To work with TMDS MD / Team members and TCRB’s FP&A towards year to year budget planning.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance any related fields - Experience 10 years+ with Accounting and Taxation management - Experience in Banking and/or Financial Services - Experience within audit firms - Knowledge of E-Wallet is a must - CPA is required and preferred - Proficient in business-level English
