1. Provide the best service with good manner to all guests, travel agents, Co-workers. 2. Knowledge of Hotel and room Information of entire resort. 3. Knowledge of Airlines abbreviations. 4. Knowledge, Checking & filling of daily reports (guests data, utilization,rooming list, walk In, In house group name list ) 5. Knowledge term of payments 6. Knowledge of Barter agreement. 7. Printing & Know how to read forecasts. 8. Prepare daily room availability report. 9. Knowledge of all hotel's room + meal rates, promotions, packages. 10. Handle reservation, amendment, cancellation & reconfirmatiom In computer system. 11. In put reservation, amendment, cancellation & reconfirmation In computer system. 12. Indentify no show / Prepare no show charge. 13. Print arrival list, slip booking. 14. Know how to reserve Limousine / Mini Van / Si - Chang / Thai Flying. 15. General Filing. 16. Have all documents stamped receiving time/date, keep record and forward them to Reseravation Manager. 17. Obey order of supervisor & proform additional assignments as directs by supervisor.
