• The job duties are: 1) Managing a portfolio ceiling and partition products, etc. 2) Calculating & assisting the project and sales team with costing/tender. 3) Work closely with the main principles of the core products & develop their skills. 4) Develop, build & maintain favorable relationship with architects, interior designers, engineers & contractors and keeping in constant touch with these target groups. 5) Managerial level should be able to lead sales team. 6) Managerial level shall be able to formulate, implement and execute sales strategies to maximize sales. 7) Managerial level shall be able to identify business potential and opportunities. Candidate Requirements: 1) Thai Nationality. Age 22-38. Bachelor\\\'s in civil engineering, structural engineering, and architecture is required. 2) 0-5 years of Sales experience in the construction/ architectural/ interior design is required. Good contacts are an advantage. 3) Good analytical, negotiation, initiative & interpersonal skills are an advantage. 4) Good communication skills, able to conduct presentations in English and Thai effectively. 5) Possess own car is a must. 6) Fresh graduate are welcome.
