General Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee daily operations, service standards, guest experience, and overall property quality across the Hostel & Cafes
• Lead, manage, and develop the team through effective staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage budgets, revenue, costs, and KPIs while identifying opportunities to improve business performance and profitability.
• Drive sales and business growth through OTA platforms, marketing initiatives, partnerships, and new business opportunities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience in Hospitality Management, preferably in Hostels, Hotels, or Cafe
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, or Hostelworld
• Experience with Channel Manager systems such as Cloudbeds and Wongnai POS is a plus
• Marketing and Social Media experience is an advantage
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings when required
