Credit Control Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To make sure billing and invoice is ready to meet report time table. • To supervise and make sure cash collection is within credit term with appropriate actions. • Reporting to management of any issue for action to be taken at high level. • Maintains records of data and information by cases ready for group audit. • Prepares weekly report for regional and local management. • Supervise the team in handling debtor enquiries. • Conduct weekly credit control meeting with operation and sales department. • Negotiating payments. • Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1) Bachelor degree in any administration, finance or accounting. 2) Male or female age 35 years up 3) Knowledge of: general principles and techniques of collection work; legal requirements for collection of delinquent accounts; modern office practices and procedures.. 4) Deal tactfully with clients. 5) Compose clear, concise reports and correspondence; establish and maintain accurate records and accounts. 6) Self starter with high levels of energy and commitment. 7) Ability to constructively challenge business. 8) Cross functional team player. 9) Excellent in English for both of written and verbal communication. 10) Computer literacy preferable in Microsoft Excel/Power Point presentation environment. 11) Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills. 12) Able to work under pressure and deliver the tasks on tight deadlines.
