• Purpose of the Role Efficiency will be responsible for quality monitoring and evaluation and implementation of best practice business processes to improve service and business efficiency. They will analyze data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes. Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Efficiency Report 7th Day OT Double Shift on Holiday and Week Off Employee Work Hour and Location of Work Employee Work less than 312 Hour and tracking Employee Work more than 480 Hours CN By Zone Cost Efficiency Capex submission Control JCS Salesforce Keep Contract in Salesforce Program and any further update Manpower Report Payroll sent data (1-30) No of staff paid in the HR sent data (1-30) No of active staff in HR records Gather data From HR and Payroll before submission Hour Reconcile - Gather data From Operation and services order before submission Other MSS Monthly Meeting Health and Safety - Toolbox Talk / SWAT/ Observation Take Care of Customer Complaint/ NPS Score Summarize the complaint and action plan and report to QA Double Check data from Gain and loss, Termination Reason.
