Regional Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Operation Excellence - Manage day-to-day operations to meet the G4S standard requirements to deliver the services per the customer’s contractual agreement. - Manage region profit centre to meet the financial target of revenue, gross margin, PBITA, OCF and FCF by cost control, efficiency program, billing on time, accuracy invoice and resources management. - To perform workforce management on the manpower planning per the customer contract and Job Cost Sheet (JCS). - Manage the customer profitability to at least meet JCS. To build and improve customer relationships by sites visit and meet the NPS satisfaction survey. Sales - To gain market share growth YOY. - Existing (Keep) contract management to renewal at least the same ACV/TCV and gross margin %. - Identify the potential customer by creating SFDC pipeline and convert to revenue to meet the Get and Grow target. - To meet SFDC quality requirements. - Manage Revenue Portfolio per budget and forecast as appropriate. - Ensure competitive pricing and strong profitability is maintained in the region.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Competency/Qualification Requirement - Excellent Leadership, interpersonal and communications skills - Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure - Be able to manage the workforce of approx 1,000 people in multiple locations. - Knowledge of financial, commercial and legal related matters is an advantage - Strong analytical with logical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Customer services mind and people-oriented. - Self-motivated and able to determine problems and provide viable solutions to both customer requirements and teamwork - Proficient in Thai and English languages, written and spoken - Proficient in computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft Office, Google - Be willing to work and relocate anywhere in the country - Positive mentality and positive “Can Do” attitude. Experiences At least 5 years experience in an operational management role, either civilian or disciplined services or commercial security
