หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Operation of computer monitoring & tracking of electronic security systems.
• Responding in accordance with approved procedures to all of tracking and alarm system activations received at the Central Monitoring Centre.
• Prompt and efficient handling of customer originated telephone calls.
• Updating of CMS software files, including system history, service calls, data base administration.
• Assisting other staff members.
• Other duties as may from time to time be required.
• Report all OHS issues, hazards and incidents promptly to your Supervisor.
• Participate in incident investigations; OHS risk assessments and audits as required.
• Be aware of the relevance and importance of your activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives by following G4S policies, procedures, quality Framework and operating instructions.
• As an employee of G4S you are responsible for your own safety.
• Compliance of information security policy against business security policies.
• Ensure all information security procedures are carried out correctly.

• Computer basic operation skill.
• English language speaking and listening.
• Excellent telephone demeanor.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Able to work alone and on shift (Day/Night).
• Keen to help the people.
