Junior Security Services Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Performs analysis of network security needs and contributes to design, integration, and installation of hardware and software. • Analyzes, troubleshoots, and corrects network problems remotely and on-site. • Pre-configures and maintains of centralized authentication systems such as two factor authentication / Active Directory/ Open LDAP systems. • Pre-configures and maintains VPN systems. • Pre-configures and maintains firewall and intrusion detection systems. • Pre-configures and maintains IP load balancing, spam filtering systems. • Pre-configures and maintains Enterprise Antivirus systems and other software/hardware as necessary. • Troubleshoots Windows and UNIX permission and other related issues. • Updates and maintains customer’s Information security system topology and other documents as needed. • Monitors security system logs (i.e. intrusion detection system, firewall system logs, VPN, DNSSEC, etc.) and reports on discovered anomalies or problems (i.e. insufficient disk space, inappropriate access patterns) on a daily basis.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or other relevant field. • Minimum of 1 to 2 years directly related work experience in network, security administration\ engineering. • Working knowledge of operating systems including Windows 2016, Windows 2012, Windows 2008, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and UNIX. • Working knowledge of network security, Juniper firewalls, SonicWALL, Checkpoint firewalls Cisco ASA, intrusion detection systems, authentication mechanisms, encryption technologies, and networking protocols including VPN, SMTP, HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and SNMP. • Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are essential. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential. • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel both internally and externally; e.g. leadership, executives, clients, vendors, and agencies. • Ability to work in and constructively contribute to team work environment and meet stringent deadlines.
