Senior finance staff

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility: - Raising fund activity (new loan facility from commercial bank/private equity/ bond issuance) - provide company information and document required, co-ordinate with financial institutions and equity partner to complete funding process - Budgeting and forecasting - construct annual budget and prepare performance report (actual vs budget) - managing budgeting process in ERP system - update financial forecasting on a regular basis - Financial and risk management - prepare Cash Flow Forecast and FX Exposure report - Project evaluation and feasibility for CAPEX investment and other issues - Customer credit analysis/ approve over credit SO - Financial ratio analysis - Financial reporting - prepare Excom and BoD presentation - IPO project - provide information for FA to construct financial modeling, and other due diligence part - liaison with IA for internal audit activities

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification: Age between 24-35 Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business related MBA in Finance is a must English and ERP literacy is a plus Good command of office program especially Microsoft Excel and power point Hard working and result oriented
