หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide direction and leadership for plant operations including but not limited to: Manufacturing, Quality Operations, Materials Management, Technical Services, Engineering - Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations to ensure production output, product quality and on-time delivery to customers. - Provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant‘s operation team - Develop and execute operating plans that lead to the achievement of the company goals - Manage operations budget to ensure minimal production cost and optimal product quality. - Review the overall production processes and procedure to ensure they operate at highest possible efficiency. - Review operations performance and trigger corrective actions and improvement. - Manage engineering function to ensure the safety, capability and efficiency of facility / utilities and equipment. - Develop and maintain an effective organization through effective selection, training, leadership and management. - Develop and support operational excellence across all functions – including continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management or related fields - 15+ years of experience in Factory ideally with experience in manufacturing environment (Production , engineering improvement , maintenance, Quality Assurance) - 5+ years of experience in a Factory Director position or Factory Manager. - Knowledge in Packaging industry is a plus - Working experience of relevant software ERP - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Creative problem-solving - Effective management and delegation - Ability to motivate a workforce - Computer literate on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Good command of English - Knowledge of quality management system ISO 9001 , ISO 22000,BRC,GMP
