International Business Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analysis international market trends, developing sales plan that incorporates marketing knowledge (competitors, price structure,market/retail structure) and achieving sales target and company KPIs. Identify new business opportunities, focusing on Europe, North/South American, Middle East, Australia/NZ market, and turn this into expanding business and distribution. Responsibility in closing sales, marketing and businesses development for both existing and new customers. To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities. Work with factory, supply chain and other related departments to ensure that requirements are fulfilled within a timely manner. Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. Handling for the export sales, order processing, payment tracking, on-time delivery management, etc. Qualifications:

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English. - Bachelor’s degree level or higher in business, marketing, or related degree. - International degree or Europe, North/South American, Middle East,Australia/NZ export experiences are preferred. - At least 5 years of working experiences in export sales and international business development, FMCG background or related business is preferred. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. - Energetic and willing to work from ground zero. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects - Positive Thinking, Creativity and Outward Mindset - Good team player and work well with all levels of employees and can work under pressure - Result oriented and has flexibility to travel aboard
