• * Execution of all day to day operations of the shop and allocated sales channels across the lifecycle of product inventory to client sales. 1. Managing Data & Reports 2. Administration 3. Support Shop Manager Activities such as: • Clientele management: Leverage on CRM to create location wise owned clientele; ensure completeness in filling up of CRM data. Support in client contact and aggregation during shop/other events. Monitor sales growth per client and client growth • Shop management: Ensure cleanliness and optimal décor • Product management: Execute stock taking, product polishing and product set up • Coordination: Support shop managers in creating all document related to coordination (eg., Execute and follow up products requirements, i.e., Marketing, customer orders, repair orders, alterations etc) 4 Meetings: Attend necessary meetings in headquarters and troubleshoot matters
