Logistic & Supply Chain Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Customer Service - Managing a team of the Logistic team who handle the customer orders for MT, TT and Others channel to ensure customer satisfaction and right handle of a customer complaint especially MT - Ensure the Supply chain process is compliant and effective enough to support business growth. Planning Demand planning, working closely with production, procurement to conduct production planning, RM call off and ensure Align with BU on stocking policy, sourcing changes for trading products, Business Rules (Lead-time, minimum order quantity) and execute them accordingly. Logistic Support business growth and supply chain operation in Taisin group by working closely with 3rd party service providers (DHL) to stay focus on customer centricity, drive process compliance while allowing flexibility to satisfy customers’ needs in the area of inbound, outbound and delivery to customer warehouse. Monitor vendor performance by reviewing service level on monthly basis.

• Supply Chain Management - Ensure Supply Chain related processes are functioning effectively to support business growth in the territories of responsibility. - Develop competencies/skillsets/leadership of subordinates and the entire Supply chain team. - Supervise and motivate the team members to achieving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, increased synergy spirit to enhance speed, communication, consistency and accuracy in dealing with customer inquiries, orders, delivery, shipping documentation, and customer complaints.
