1. Develop and implement effective marketing and sales plan to meet customer and consumer requirement 2. Ensure all related functions operate and deliver their task according to the plan ▪Manage overall marketing function and control budget 3. Initiate strategies and promotions to enforce sales team 4. Negotiate and close agreements with principles and key customers 5. Analyze market and competitor information, conduct marketing plan and lead the team to achieve business's objective 6.
