Assistant Marketing Director

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description -Responsible for Marketing strategy, campaign, PR, new project development. -Managing all marketing activities in order to achieve the targeted revenue goals of the company -Developing marketing plans, strategies and budgets to align with the company business plans and objectives. -Creating strategic PR and Marketing communication plans -Controlling the annual marketing and PR budget of each project -Contacting and coordinating with marketing and PR agency for some design campaign to ensure positive result -Producing and handling all marketing materials, publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional VDO, photographs, films and etc. -Producing and handling PR materials i.e., press release, photo caption, fact sheet for distributing to press -Developing and Proof-reading both marketing and PR contents for both offline and online channels -Managing good relationship with media i.e., bloggers and journalists for both offline and online channels -Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of PR procedures and execution of PR activities -Report PR value & online coverage per each PR project performance monthly. -Managing and ensuring the accuracy of PR Content on social media and website -Developing & handling CSR project & events. -Finding souvenirs for media and customers in every special occasion -Producing monthly marketing and PR report -Initiating new marketing and PR activities -Responding to all media’s enquiries and managing all PR aspects including handle a potential crisis situation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or Mass communication & PR +10 Years of experience Brand marketing, Marketing Strategy, aged above 35 (Real Estate background is preferred) -Good command of English (writing, speaking, reading and listening skills) -Strong interpersonal skills -Proficient in computer program -Able to work under pressure
