Internal Audit Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan in line with the organization's objectives and risk profile - Provide assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes - Identify and communicate areas of risk and make recommendations to management for improvements in controls and processes. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. - Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and the audit committee - Manage and develop a team of internal auditors, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed - Conduct risk assessments and internal control reviews to identify areas of risk and develop audit plans accordingly - Provide regular reports to senior management and the audit committee on the status of internal audit activities, findings, and recommendations - Work closely with external auditors and other stakeholders as needed

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field -Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent certification preferred -Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 3 years in a management role -Strong knowledge of internal audit principles, practices, and standards -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills -Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team -Experience in risk management and internal controls
