Customer Service Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Take care of customers in the official line group, both by calling and chatting. 2. Reservations to receive parcels at various shops in the company's network. 3. Register for warranty and open work to receive product claims from various customers. 4. Test the performance of the watch and send the test results to the customer. 5. Responsible for tracking both sent and received parcels correctly. 6. Make an accurate account of daily income. 7. Perform various tasks assigned within the department.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Male, graduated with a bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Have at least 1 year of customer service experience. 3. Have a passion for service work. 4. You can jog for at least 10 kilometers to test the performance of the watch as appropriate. 5. Not seriously ill or psychiatric disease. 6. Able to work well as a team. 7. Have good skills in solving immediate problems. 8. Can travel to work easily. 9. Have knowledge and interest in information about exercise. Or if you have experience with exercise watches, this will be given special consideration. 10. Able to work well under pressure. 11. No contract and ready to start work immediately.
