หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - In charge of new outlet opening within Bangkok and vicinity in accordance with the Management’s planning / schedule and requirements. - In charge of existing outlet renovation construction and maintenance works. - Execute / take charge of projects by planning, coordinating with mall management, contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers on drawings and details. - Work closely with the respective department / person in charge to ensure smooth operation before outlet opening. - Responsible for projects to be completed duly within the timeline, budget and requirements. - Outline client design objectives. - Conceptualize and sketch design plans. - Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Interior Design, Design, Visual Arts, or related field. - Preferably with minimum 5 years of working experience in retail merchandising. - Experience of managing projects. - Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, colour selections, and specifications. - Knowledge of design requirements, construction methods and materials for high end residential environments. - Knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp or 3D is a must.
