Marketing Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based strategies, to promote products/services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data to help drive decision-making.
• Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms. Develop and implement content calendars and post regularly to engage the audience.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring that the brand voice and identity are maintained.
• Assist with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads (PPC), email marketing campaigns, and website optimization.
• Assist in planning and executing events such as webinars, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (experience in a similar role or internship can also be considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media platforms, email marketing tools, etc.).
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
