-Analyze how each product is performed versus competition and derive into market/consumer insight -Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates -Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals -Manage, motivate and train sales team on product knowledge and concept -Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors\\\' activities to identify opportunities and key issues -Generate and implement new tactics for brand -growth
