Business Development • Develop and execute branding strategic plan to strengthen brand equity in Chiang Mai store. • Develop and execute Business Strategic Plan including identifying potential locations for store, identifying potential product portfolio based on customer needs and developing competitive price structure. Marketing Management • Communicates and connect the brand vision to Marketing team • Develop and execute Regional Marketing Campaign, Customer Loyalty System to synchronize brand building and to drive sales performance to meet budget expectation • Collaborate and Coordinate Marketing Team on new product development, responsible for defining product attributes based on customer needs and developing financial forecast for new product launching. • Work cross functionally with Operation Team and Marketing Team to build the brand to projected position and activate engagement to drive sales drive to meet budget expectation • Leads monthly marketing reviews with Marketing Team to identify business and marketing needs and develops immediate plans to improve sales, customer count and customer spending.

• At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative or any related fields • At least 3 years experiences in Marketing with evidence tracked record of achievements. • Good business sense and budgeting skills • Good spoken and written communication skill in English • Good command of Chinese in business level. No need to have HSK Certificate • Good organizational and planning skills • Strong in driving results and ability to lead and motivate a team drive • Good personality, service mined, good negotiation skill and sales skill. • Have a valid driver license and Have own car
