หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Greet/direct employees and visitors - Issue visitor access cards and answer general inquires - Assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct them to the appropriate resource - Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment - Manage relations with internal leadership and stakeholders - Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports - Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records - Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in any related field - Experience in personal assistant, receptionist, or any workplace solution field - New graduates are welcomed to apply - Possess multi-task handling ability, and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions - Well-organized, good problem-solving skill, and service-minded - Good command of English both written and spoken
