• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, cloud system, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs. and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups • Handle Fleet management and GPS tracking system both back-end and front-end. • Managing VoIP system, manage and control user on network with Fortigate Firewall. • Issuing all licensing and certificating of GPS tracking with DLT (Department of Land Transportation). • First tier customer support when they face technical issue. • Implementing System and provide solution or tools for support. • Testing device and prepare vehicle data for all activities fitment. • Call center system support. • International Network support.
