Senior Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Take care overall of company sales. -Developing, implementing and executing strategic sales plans for company (short term and long term). -Take care, manage, monitor, control, coach, develop, motivate and support sales teams. -Achieving sales targets as defined. -Develop long-term relationships with all partners, handling and interpreting their requirements. -Track and report sales metrics, forecast monthly sales, and manage pipeline. -Report sales pipeline and QBR to each brand. -Set, control and evaluate KPI of team members -Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them. -Promoting the organization and products.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Experience in sales manager -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills -Superb leadership ability -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English -Results-oriented with strong analytical skills -Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively -Enthusiastic, motivated, results-orientated, and resourceful -Enthusiastic to gather new knowledge -High Responsibility -Able to work under pressure -Thai Nationality
