HRIS Executive (3 months contract)

• Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation of HRIS modules or upgrades, including data migration and system testing. - Manage and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data security policies.

• Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience 2 years working with HRIS platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. - Experience with system implementations and data migration projects is a plus.
