Production Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1) Manages and leads the production operations initiated by work orders for jewelry and sample prototype from production planning respectively. 2) Manages the production activities through coordination with production planning on MO for jewelry and samples, performs the jewelry manufacturing since the beginning as Rubber Mold cutting, Wax injection, Casting, polishing, setting, plating, QC) to meet customers expectations in consultation with Production Planning, Stock Inventory and Product Development. 3) Manage and analyze production matters, manpower planning, capacity planning, production schedule, production cost and KPIs. 4) Forecasts and generates the Purchase Requirement for factory supply and equipment requirement to Purchasing, Stock Control and Accounting in accordance to production plan. 5) Generates an adaptable and achievable production capacity and quality output with assigned priority status, follow up planning master schedules and allocate work orders through optimizing factory capacity, efficiency and production cost. 6) Manages, controls and monitors the progress of production process against plan and initiates pro-active feedback. 7) Manages the production flow through daily, weekly and monthly, highlighting issues and nonconformance to standards and propose improvements. 8) Prepares production budget cost reports and facilitates the reporting of production budget. 9) Manages the accuracy and reconciliation of raw materials and WIP stock movement data in Factory 10) Analyzes production issues/problems and recommends solutions and improvements 11) Identify, train and develop staff and subordinates to achieve their highest potential.
