1.Ensures that clients are invoiced properly and in accordance with the timeline and that all details are accurately recorded. 2.Processes cash receipts and handles credit balances. 3.Reconciles debtors’ ledger to general ledger monthly and reconciles recoverable accounts. 4.Enters in the A/R modules of ACCPAC the payments received on a daily basis and do a weekly balance to confirm that the details tally. 5.Reports to relevant line managers on debtors’ position weekly/ monthly basis. 6.Liaises with relevant business units within and provides assistance on all matters relating to billing and recovery of their accounts receivable income. 7.Arranges, verifies and prepares mailings of invoices and reminders on a daily/ weekly basis. 8.Works closely with the team of messengers so as to agree on collection processes.
