Network and Infrastructure Support Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To deploy & provide technical expertise, consulting & troubleshooting for network data services including voice infrastructure. • Operational support, installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of server, PC clients, mobile devices, OS, software and related peripherals. • Monitor, review and improve the security, backup, and redundancy strategies • Develop and maintain relationships with service providers • To provide technical training and mentoring for the junior member in IT • To update documentation / knowledge base articles for responsible support areas • To provide Helpdesk level support over phone / email / onsite • Implement change requests

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Diploma or Degree in IT • Minimum 3 years of networking/telecommunications experience • Cisco certification preferred (CCNA and/or CCNP) • MPLS networking experience • Strong Technical knowledge/experience with Cisco-based networking solutions, configuring Cisco routers, switches, and other network and wireless equipment • Strong technical knowledge in internet application technologies (HTTP, DNS, SMTP and FTP) • Experienced in administering TCP/IP LANs. (WAN, LAN, DNS, Caching, VLAN routing, Wireless LAN etc) • Experience in working with security devices (Firewall, VPNs, Proxy and Load balancer) • Experience in working with cloud computing security is an advantage (Microsoft Office 365) • Experience in working with multiple OS and virtualization technologies (Microsoft and VMWare) • Experience in working with IP Telephony / VoIP networking technology (Avaya / Skype IP Telephony solutions) • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills • Experience working in a MNC environment • Must be willing to work rotational on-call responsibilities
