Project Development and Execution Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Develop project technical concept based on problem or enquiry of customer - Clarify customer needs or problems for best optimum technical and economical solution offering - Develop project cost estimate based on offering systems, accuracy level - Identify project execution and technical strategy enable chances to win - Identify execution and technical risk of the project and risk mitigation options - Identify project optimum staffing plan to achieve safety, budget and schedule target - Prepare project permit plan with schedule, cost and risk

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Mechanical preferable) - At least 4-8 years project engineering and execution and control experiences related with industrial gas system ( customer station, packaged gases projects) - Good knowledges and familiar with both local and international safety and engineering standards (i.e. ASME, ANSI, API, AGA, CGA, EIGA or AIGA, NEC, IEC, etc) - Understand various engineering aspects related with industrial gas station (equipment function and safety, equipment selection, high pressure cylinders, cylinder filling system and equipment, cryogenic tanks) - Understand of various customers' industrial gases requirements (laboratory, hospital, cylinder filling) Principal Accountabilities: - Industrial gases supply system project development & execution - Specialty gases supply system project development & execution - Technical and safety supports to specialty gases
