-Collaborate with managers to identify company training needs -Schedule appropriate training sessions ,Supervise training budgets -Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance -Plan and implement an effective training curriculum. -Prepare hard copy training materials such as module -Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making -support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions

Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives, conferring with managers Have experience in e-Learing, LMS is a plus
