หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Planning and controlling the work of all departments to be effective. Working in accordance with the objectives of the company as defined •Control work Supervising the behavior of employees Consulting on responsible work, warnings, including training to develop the potential of employees in the company. •Inspire and motivate others to do well. •Ensure we meet financial targets through effective scheduling and time management. •Work closely with our human resources team to recruit and retain the most customer service driven workforce in the business. •Manage daily schedules. •Maintain communication with Managers /Supervisors to maintain optimum staffing levels. •Effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees. •Set positive, professional example for workforce. •Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. •Perform other duties as assigned. •Job duties may be modified at any time.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, preferred. •Will consider relative work experience. •5 years of franchise business management 5 years of customer focused experience. •5 years of proving experience in managerial role. 3 years of budgeting and expense control and scheduling. •Ability to work flexible hours to monitor and manage various shifts. •Strong decision -making capabilities. •Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable. •Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
