Participate in an on-call rotation providing night shift, 7-day support, and off-hours maintenance windows. • Diagnose system operational problems quickly and effectively. • Maintaining incident logs for any issues that arise. • Responding to incoming telephone calls and mail inquiries regarding computer-related problems. • Continuously monitoring and reacting to IT operations schedules. • Maintaining operations by monitoring error messages and making adjustments. • Monitoring the status of computer systems to ensure they are functioning properly. • Serve as point of contact for system-related questions and concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT , computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field • 5 years’ experience with related field • Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures, systems, application, or database • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Ability to work flexible hours • Ability to work well under pressure
