หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Work with the hiring managers to understand the precise requirements of the roles being recruited • Source for potential candidates through direct channels, web searches and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent • Support in preparation of Employment Contracts, hiring documents, and on-boarding of new staff • Support in co-ordination and organization of recruitment drives, career/job fairs • Point of contact for Staff on any query on benefits, and welfare matters • Drive and implement process improvements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness • Support in ad-hoc projects/events and any other administrative duties Qualifications: • Degree in Business with major in HRM or equivalent with 5 years of direct experience in HR or related field • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization • People oriented, self-motivated, independent & resourceful • Visa and Work Permit skills • Analytical and methodical in approach • Good planning and prioritization skills • Good in Spoken and Written English • Ability to use Microsoft Excel at Basic or intermediate level
