• Responsibilities • Handle incoming phone calls from the Foreign Specially Chinese Language that include booking global itineraries and answering inquiries from customers • Efficiently handle special requests; assist all customers including those with disabilities using United guidelines • Utilize customer service and sales techniques to effectively address customer needs • Consistently deliver a standard-setting product to our customers • Maintain statistical excellence in all areas to support productivity goals • Be accountable for all scheduled telephone time to meet service level goals • Maintain an ergonomically correct work area Required • Must be fluent in Chinese Language , English Language (written and spoken) • Age not less than 30 years old • Must be able to attend a full-time • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent listening skills Experience • Previous customer service experience required • Previous sales experience preferred • Must have experience using computers, including MS Outlook and Office Communicator (Instant Messaging)
