หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Calculates the fare and arranges the route as per requests of the passengers; provides information to the passengers in relation to schedule fares; and ensures the required coordination. • Performs reservation/booking for the passengers applying to the counter, in person; and performs ticketing. • Issues tickets for International lines • Sends PTAs (Pre-Paid Ticket Advices), and performs the processes for incoming PTAs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Graduate: Bachelor Graduate Bachelor Degree is preferred • Experience in civil aviation or tourism(min 1 year) • Good command of English and Chinese language • To availability to work in shifts, including overnight • Team oriented and able to work independently and under pressure • Good knowledge and experience of a major Computer Reservations System • Strong oral and written communication skills • Sense of responsibility • Ability to make decisions accurately and effectively
