• • Greeting and checking passenger documentation. • To check passengers in using a computer based system, issuing boarding cards and baggage labels • Process passengers at the boarding gate • Apply airline regulations which may involve charging excess baggage or upselling • Adhere and apply strict security and safety regulations • Effectively assist passengers with their experience travelling through the airport • Great customer service • Working and deal with pressurized situations • A good standard of literacy and numeracy • Work to tight deadlines • Communication skills • Follow and act on instructions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Graduate: Bachelor Graduate Bachelor Degree is preferred • Experience in Airlines Customer Service (min 2 year) • Good command of English and Chinese language • Familiar with airlines’ reservations and ticketing system • Able to understand and relate to customers’ needs • Well manner , cautious & service minded • Strong collaborator and team player with high pressure environment
