IT Manager(ERP/ software/ Odoo)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in line with organizational goals. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services. - Implement and enforce IT security policies and practices to protect the organization from cyber threats and data breaches. - Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. - Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers. - Lead and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. - Develop and implement IT regulations and policies and ensure IT operations comply with relevant regulations and standards. -Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization. - Provide technical support and solutions to end-users, resolving issues promptly. Other tasks as being assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing - Knowledge in: ERP/ software/ Odoo - Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication in English. - Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIO, CTO) are desirable.
