หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Scope of work: - Provide technical assistance to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues remotely or onsite. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalate complex issues if necessary. - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of the company's IT infrastructure. - Create and maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. - Conducting software and hardware upgrades and patch management. Provide user training on IT-related topics. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices. - Assist and coordinate IT inventory control and maintain assets register - Ability to create, follow up and follow through with IT Plans, Policies, IT Budgets and IT documentation - Knowledge of IT Auditing, License compliance, Asset Management, Quality Assurance - Lead IT projects and effectively meet deadlines with minimum supervision - Report to IT Manager Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, MIS or related fields - At least 3 years of IT Systems & Services Management experience - Able to read, write and communicate well in English - Knowledge of networking protocols, network security, and network administration. - Experience in setting up LAN/Wi-Fi, WAN, Network Switch, Firewall, VPN, Router and Access Point - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - ITIL,CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ certificates will be an advantage - Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast paced environment
