หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Scope of work: - Design, implement, maintain and standardize IT infrastructure for all 20+ branches - Monitor network performance and security to identify and address issues in a timely manner Implement and maintain network backup and disaster recovery solutions - Provide technical support to end-users and assist with troubleshooting network-related issues - Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security measures - Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and systems - Develop and maintain documentation on network infrastructure and procedures - Lead IT projects and effectively meet deadlines with minimum supervision - Report to IT Manager Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or related fields 2+ years of experience in network infrastructure design and management - Knowledge of Synology NAS, ERP and Cloud System Technology - Experience in implementing and maintaining network backup including LAN & WAN technologies, - Switches, FortiGate Firewall, ISO27001 and remote access - Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues and provide technical support to end-users - Knowledge of network security best practices and experience in implementing security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs - Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast paced environment - Able to read, write and communicate well in English and Thai
