หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities - Selecting and/or sourcing M&E subcontractors/suppliers, materials or equipment of Air-conditioner, Generator, Electrical, CCTV and Medical equipment. - Analysing or estimatimating market price, reasonable price/ cost of the different materials needed for the project & maintenance of M&E work such as Air-conditioner, Generator, Electrical, CCTV and Medical equipment. - Check and measure the BOQ to align with the drawing. - Measure and value the complete work on site and compare with the BOQ. - Negotiate best deal with suppliers & subcontractors - Comparing document with options for management submission and further approval

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Conversational level in English - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. - Having negotiation skill - Knowing and able to analyse in negotiation of market and reasonable price on the BOQ of Air-conditioner, Generator, Electrical, CCTV and (Medical equipment is advantage) - Ability to analyse the M&E problem; such as: Air-conditioner, Generator, Electrical, CCTV and (Medical equipment is advantage) - Knowing on how to repair and assign the equipment M&E system of Air-conditioner, Generator, Electrical, CCTV and (Medical equipment is advantage) - Have knowledge about PM (Preventive Maintenance) of the building system - Experienced in M&E QS engineer is advantage สอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม 097-183-3839 หรือ Line 0971833839
