หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate with External - Internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure all parties are on track with the requirements, schedules, and deadlines.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility with quality standards.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Monitoring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Managing Risks and Issues.
• Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5+ years’ professional experience in an Interior Design role focused on construction documentation using Auto cad, Illustrator, 3DMax, Adobe Photoshop.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, or similar.
• Some ability to speak and write in English, with the willingness to improve this over time.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Interior Design delivery on large infrastructure projects.
• Construction experience on projects, including undertaking site visits.
• Advanced Revit/CAD skills.
• Creative thinking and innovation in all areas of the interior design process, including the documentation phases.
• Experience and working knowledge of interior design products, materials and manufacturers.
• Self-motivated work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail, showing initiative and problem solving in a team are essential.
• Collaborative skills in leading, communicating concepts and design details, guiding and delivering outcomes for projects.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work flexibly to the needs of the Company.
• Good written and verbal communication in English skills.
