Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Manage project life cycle from initiation to closure. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including tasks, durations, and resource assignments. • Utilize electrical or mechanical engineering expertise to contribute to project design and implementation. • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. • Develop risk management plans and contingency plans to address potential project roadblocks. • Prepare and deliver project status reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations as required. • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations. Implement and oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency. Prepare budget reports and financial forecasts.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical •Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in an engineering environment. • Experience in managing team. Skills: • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering principles. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project). • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
